The Software and any related documentation accompanying this

License (the "Software"), is the property of Lumesoft, and is protected

by copyright law. Upon your acceptance of this License, the End-User’s

rights and obligations with respect to the use of this Software are as follows:

The End-User is granted a limited, non-exclusive license to make copies

of only this version of the Software in machine-readable form for distribution

to any third party solely for the purpose of the third party's own private use,

provided the entire contents of the Software are copied in their entirety with

copyright and trademark information in place. The Software may not be sold

or otherwise used for commercial purposes without express written permission

from Lumesoft.

RESTRICTIONS

The End-User may not translate, reverse engineer, decompile,

disassemble or modify the Software executables or data files

in any way.

TITLE

Title, ownership rights and intellectual property rights in the Software

shall remain in or through Lumesoft. The Software is protected by all

applicable copyright laws and treaties. Title and related rights in the

content accessed through the software is the property of the applicable

content owner and may be protected by applicable law. This License

gives the End-User no rights to such content.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE

DISTRIBUTED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS

TO PERFORMANCE OR MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY

Program installed easily and screen saver photos were beautiful but caused PC to freeze for a moment when activation with keystroke ended screen saver mode. Not transparently responsive as other SS used in the past. Must have this transition time (from SS mode to active desktop) to be transparent to user.
